I lived in this complex for five years. It was fairly quiet, clean and safe considering it's proximity to a high crime area. The landscaping was kept neat at all times. I never saw grafitti while living there. Noise such as stereo or even loud arguing is short term and if it got too annoying, security responded within ten minutes. Bus lines, shopping are close and convenient. The only complaint I had about this complex is that they would not paint the entire inside apartment or replace the carpet unless you move. They will reimburse you for paint if you do it yourself though. But everyone knows carpet needs to be replaced after a while because shampooing does not help after a time.
