I have lived here at for three years. At first I was kinda concerned about the surrounding neighborhood but once I moved in. I found that the community is very nice and clean. Mananagement keeps it up. I heard bad things about the manager saying that she would not give them new carpet and that she is mean.....When I finally met her I understood that she has a large responsibility. She is a very friendly and helpful person. People just get mad when they dont get their way and want to spread rumors. I honestly like living here and its rent controlled too.

Yeah its rent controlled, But to bad the management is out of control. The fact still remains that to many people have moved out of this building un-happy, The neighborhood sucks and the management likewise. im surprised Gloria Homes doesn't have a suicide rate because when you move their you can count on being miserable. The last time i was in that leasing office none of the staff were friendly, And the lady working up front gave me very little information and limited answers to my questions.
