I have been a tenant at this location for two years and the continuious harassment and lack of leadership in their rental office has got me looking to buy me house. They pick and choose what rules apply to which tenants. some get a daily pass while other are put on the defensive. Property upkeeping is poor. Spider and leaves all over the property, stairwells not keep clean. Any maintainence needed takes days when there is onsite group of maintanence works. Repairs are charge to the tenants for plumbing. Nothing other the cable is allowed and with this being a large facility, no discounts for tenants with cable provider.

lately. Management wants us to think it's due to the dramatic drop of the economy, but don't worry with the passing of the Seven hundred billion dollar bailout the Crackheads & Gangsters will soon take their home invasions business back to Bell Air. The latest break in was just a week ago, but when asked to type up a news letter and set up a resident meeting the office staff refused and stated that it would only alarm the elderly "AH-DUH" and where the Hell way our 24 hour Super Duper Security Staff? Those Super -------s were either sitting in their Super Security Cars Smoking a Super Blunt or Talking On The Super Solar Security Phone or Taking a Super Security Snooze. Not to mention to get anything fixed around here they take a Super Duper Long Time Or Do The Job Super Double Duper Wrong. Thanks Gloria Homes For Your Super Duper ------ Service
