First, let's deal with reality, Gramercy Towers is a Condo complex, you are lucky to live there as a renter.

The problems with the prior management is directly reflected with the owners being skinned, not the renters. If you were paying the billed work work never performed, you would fire the management as well. Why not buy your unit, maybe you will see things differently.

It is an amazing place, I love it. If you are not happy with it, MOVE. I do agree the old school is good, but not in this case.
