After looking at almost every apartment complex in the area, Grand Tower offered the most space and amenities for the most reasonable price. Have assigned parking has been great since I always know I'll have somewhere to park and it's safe. The security staff is awesome and will help you out with almost anything (same goes for management). Guest parking has never been a problem either. We had some problems with the AC when we first moved in (in May) so they was kind of a pain since it was so hot out, but they would always repair it within 24 hours, and after three times they finally did something to fix it for good. They also just refurnished the 2nd floor (the common area) and it's super nice. The pool, bbq, and axercise center are also a great bonus and are hardly ever in use. Overll, a great place to live!
