Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
rude and incompetent management, security sucks since our apartment got broken into twice, bad plumbing without hot water, power would cut out randomly. the apartment will always have occupants due to the location and usc students, but don't live here. it's not worth the stress and the price.
