we have rented here since december of 08, sadly the owner is the scum of the earth- he was a big surgeon (cheif of staff) retired now- he is non human and I thinking he is loosing it- he is old and has a few buildings and is a slumlord, and has a hardtime remembering anything
does not like to fix anything, and the building is filthy
The garbage area smells the hallway where they put glade in the hall to mask the oder
There is mold, and the elevator gets stuck and he doesnt wanna fix it - a girl got stuck for a hour - you can hear everyone becasue the walls are paperthin
the washers are usually broken, someone died and she rotted in the building for a week
We were late 1 time becasue our bank account had fraud and he evicted us and we offered to pay !!!! Its the best thing that ever happened now though- DONT RENT HERE ITS SCARY
