It's an OK place to live.

Units are adequate. As long as you do not live on the first floor you will not face flooding or leaking. As long as your room is not on 3rd street, you will have no problem with noise. Maintenance and services can be done a little bit more promptly. It may require you to ask them multiple times to get something fixed. One bedroom, only gets one space for parking. Two bedroom gets two spaces for parking. You may need to pay for the parking lot remote.
