First this apartment is right on the 101. Second, it is something akin to a flophouse with people propping their doors open because they don't bother to turn their air conditioners on. Third, there are bugs, illegals living in here, noisy people, it is filthy and only cleaned up when the management/owner wants to impress someone like the health department or bankers. The owner/management are actually nice people, but don't ever fix anything and probably don't care. I moved out and happy as can be to be out of that building...which is falling apart. It will not withstand an earthquake. Let's not talk about the electrical problems, the water being turned off ostensibly to be fixed all the time, the fire alarm system, the cochroaches, the ants, the trash, the homeless living under and beside the building, the lack of security etc etc etc. Unless you are utterly down and out, and just need to keep in housing (any housing), don't move here. I think this site has 5707 confused with Harold Way, because 5707 doesn't have a name and doesn't have an elevator or any such thing as an 'ammenity'! LOL
