Nice Place.

I enjoy living here. Building is generally quiet although there is street noise due to it's location (cornor of Franklin and Whitley). Nice, friendly, younger tenants, pet friendly, building is nicely kept and clean, nice management (on the up and up), fair rent, but parking is xtra ($75 to park in building).

If you can move in, I would recommend Havenhurst over many in the area.
