The Manager Omar = incompetent, habitual liar, puts on a fake nice guy act, tells what you want to hear but does nothing.
The Plumber = Couldn't fix a water balloon.
Elin The Maintenance man/painter is an illegal who also houses illegals. A two year old child could paint and fix things better than he can. He also raises rabbits to sell to downtown L.A. for food for extra cash.
Mike, who the hell knows what his correct title is' Yet it is safe to say he is a habitual liar and a piece of crap along with all of the above.

Yes there is a major roach issue, which they do nothing about.
Yes the elevator is always broken and very difficult to enter and exit due to the dangerous door that they refuse to fix.
Yes there are only limited parking which should be included in your rent. And if you store anything in the garage don't expect it to be there for long even though they have so called security cameras!
Yes the washer/dryers are always breaking and if you want them fixed don't ask Omar to have them fixed it will never happen. You have to call yourself.
If you need anything fixed, forget it, do it yourself! They only hire incompetent illegals to fix it and it's guaranteed it won't be fixed correctly!
Safety, The Havenhurst has no concept of the word!
Noise, Omar really complies with that....Ha ha ha! He won't do a thing about it.
Overall this place SUCKS BALL'S! Wrong choice to move into this hell hole. Turn around and run! Move in and you will only have regrets!
