the manager Omar will lie to you about parking to get you in the building. This neighborhood is dangerous and the nearest parking structure is about 4 blocks away. There is a huge waiting list for parking. Probably a year wait. The street parking is impossible. My friends in neighborhood have all been robbed someway or another with 5 blocks of this building..... just don't do it. I had to move out after learning from other tenants that he was lying. Total pain in ass.... seriously girls- don't do it

100% correct! Omar is a sneaky, noisy, lying..... He snoops through tenants apartments while they are out, lies to you about everything, loves to pass on false information about tenants to other tenants. This is the building from Hell! You will not get a parking spot unless you get one when you move in. If your lucky the apartment you want will be ready four months from when he told you it would be and all that was promised will not be done. Also he somehow listens to your conversations that you have in the privacy of your own apartment and later comments to you about what you have said! Oh you will also have to get use to having the water turned off 1-2x per week and the elevator broken all the time.
