Run Away From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/17/2004 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   This was by far the worst place I have ever lived!!! The management was racist to caucasians and totally rude. They were disrespectful to me as a tenent and treated my like I was not welcomed. If there were problems, they were quick to blame me, even if it was an appliance failure. When tenants were noisy, they would do nothing about it. But the security guards would spend 20 mintues harrassing guests who were coming to see me. The security door never works and I had patio furniture stolen. About one year ago, someone tried to break into my apartment through my patio door. And when I tried to get out my lease for safety reasons, the manager changed me almost $2,000 to leave, even though I had a police report to document the incident. Moreover, the apartment is completely over priced given the area that is in. Oh, and I also had a serious problem with roaches and termites. So, please be careful. This complex is not safe and run by crooks.
