From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/13/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I also lived at the Heights appartments, and loved what they had available there. It was moving out that was a nightmare. The management did the first check of the place when we got there, the people before us did not do alot of things as far as cleaning an repairing goes- for example, shampoo the carpets-management told us they would not charge us for it when we moved out because it was not done in the first place for us. When it came time to moving out they went back on their word. They had a different manager check of the place and said that they did not do the first check and did not have proof that all the repairs and cleaning needed was from before. They charged us outragously for tiny little damages that we did not even do. To make a long story short, they charge way too much, there is alot of insects, and they rip you off on your deposite which is too much to begin with.
