stay away.

this is very close to inglewood, a very bad and seedy pocket of town.

lots of the worst kinds of minorities, thugs, gang-bangers, loud rap music and the like as neighbors.

in a VERY congested part of town.

stay the hell away. go to san fernando valley.

I would agree that the Heights is bad, but your reasons seem a little racist. I would say they have poor management, you seem to think that it's certain "types" of people. If you don't like certain types of people, you should have moved to Orange.
