Selby properties, the owner of the Heights, has a continuing policy of illegally witholding normal wear and tear charges, such as painting, from the security deposit.
This in spite of the fact that they were fined over $600,000 in 2001 ... more
When I moved out they simply forgot to reimburse my security deposit. No reason given. This is the norm at The Heights ! They simply forget about you and try to sneak away with your money.

This is the definitely the worst place I lived. At night gangs roam the place. The management is complacent bunch of pathetic and spineless individuals.
Don t expect them to enforce security on the property.
