The apartment is just over 1000 sq ft, close to the coolest gas station and coffee shop in Los Angeles, within walking distance to many great bars and restaurants. I wish rent were cheaper, but who doesn't' My apartment is a very large 1 bedroom plus office. There are many closets and built-ins. Exposed brick walls and hardwood floors. No A/C, which can be rough in the summer. The manager is wonderful.
