Hikari is a nice place, but you are paying for pure location. It is clean, because it is new. The place is safe and is kept up real well. Problems: they know parking is difficult, yet they have done nothing to help their tenants. For the price people pay, you think they would get on the ball with parking, but they do nothing. They threaten to tow their own tenants. For the price we are paying, I am thinking of finding a place by the new Ralphs, which accomodates for parking, is a little nicer. Think twice before moving in, it is only location, but the new places off Hope and 6th can offer much more for the price people pay.

Hikari, care about your tenants don't make them look elsewhere.

Will try. You hear about the car whose tire's air was let out for parking in another's spot because is was stolen for the night. lol That was funny because that person who let the air out did not think about the car being harder to move since the air was let out. They do need a recycling bin :)

Yeah, parking is tough. The guest parking sucks. I've been here for about 3 months. But they do care and they don't tow unless you're inconveniencing another resident. Did you talk talk to them? Just talk to the manager, I can say from experience, he will help you out. Even on parking, he helped me out. But make sure you ask for and talk to the manager, i'm not sure if the other people working there have the discretion to even do anything.
