Waste of time and money

Totally not worth the price. Super Noisy, Noisy Neighbors, appointments were made to fix things in the apartment, repair person never showed up and no notice of not showing up. In the bathroom, the bath tub water stopper does not work, and can not be fixed by the management even so it was their own mistake for not functioning correctly. They told us if we want to fix it, we have to pay out of our own pocket to get the water stopper fixed. Parking is a total nightmare. People invite friends over, and they park any where they want! I see people come home and saw their spot was taken and they were really upset. Sometimes my spot get taken too! People park around the Elevator area for hours and hours and put up "BRB" note. While they just stay there for super long time. If you need some urgent help, manager tend not to show up for hours and hours and kept you waiting. There is no way to get a hold of to the manager over the weekend even if you have an emergency. This also includes if you have an appointment with them, you stay home and wait and wait and wait, and you call, no one will respond, and you cancel all events just for their appointment they won't even call or notify you that they are not going to come. What a waste of time!

I agree 100%...especially with regards to your complaints about the noise factor. It is absolutely unbearable - in particular, if you live anywhere in the bldg on Central. Constant noise (Thurs - Sat) late into the night stemming from the Cantina, music played outdoors from Starbucks/Pastagina at absurd levels, and the car/bus/truck traffic at all times of the day/night - I can go on and on. I am counting the days until I move out!!!!!!!!!!!!! F%^& Hikari.
