Be careful From: deverebeard@hotmail.com Date posted: 6/21/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   I have lived in the Hikari for almost a year. I initially like it because it was new and looked attractive. However, if you live on the 2nd street side it will be noisy because of the club there. I do think that they are overpriced expecially for today's market. I would only recommend if you worked within blocks.
