The noise level from the club is somewhat tolerable (usually shutting down at 12:00 but not always). The ensuing antics of drunken patrons who urinate on the walls of adjacent restaurants, strew trash & broken bottles everywhere, turn up the bass on their car stereos...well, you get the picture. While on my tour I was told that it would not be a problem with the double-paned windows and soon-to-be enforced compliance, there has been no change in 9 months.
Should you choose the reside here, simply do NOT accept a unit facing 2nd Street.

I use to live here... which is on the "other side" of the 2nd street. My suggestion is don't accept any unit facing any street!!!
