I lived there for over two years and had constant problems with noise (the floors/ceilings separating the apartments are only wood), the front office is very non-responsive, and the pipes continually backed up into our kitchen sink because of other tenants stuffing god knows what down their disposals. We had to have maintenance come and vacuum stuff out of our sink at least 5 times within the span of about six months. On top of that, we are still have not received our security deposit back even though we moved out six months ago.

For everyone complaining about not getting a security deposit back, the law is very clear on it. A landlord has 21 days maximum to give the deposit back with a written explanation for any deductions. If not, it is a simple process to take them to small claims court
