very expensive and grounds not maintained. they raise rents astronomically each year while new move ins get discounts so it seems affordable. dog owners inconsiderate - many off leash and don't pick up. security is a facade - gates and doors always propped open and/or broken, and never fixed until residents complain. a lot of staff turnover - maintenance staff is good, but office can be rude once you've signed the lease - don't expect return phone calls. the good reviews on this site seem to be before the renovation. the only positive is that the units themselves are really nicely done.

It is very expensive. the economy is down and the prices are still high. outrages. The current staff are rude. discremination is a major problem. the Dogs attack the residents in many occasions, nobody cares.
