Hello People of Hillcrest Apartments and others considering renting aa apartment from AIMCO. This is one of hundreds of apartment buidings owned by AIMCO. As the many negative reiews explain, dealing with this unethical company will cause nightmares days after you sign a lease. I have one word for you: Beware!! 7% approval rating and your calling this person pathetic? LOL. The office staff at this place is VERY uncleanly and in dire need of some breath mints in a very bad way (or a firehose for that matter). They have the mannerisms of street people who have been put in a cheap suit and stuck behind a desk. Crybaby is obviously one of them. Gives you an idea of their integrity as when registering for this site, they lie as it is not for employees and there is a check mark to indicate as such. Case in point about these scum.
