Definately NOT the best...

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
The manager is nice but pretends not to know english when its convenient for her. If something is broken, she is very slow to respond. While I was there, our apartment got broken into and I was robbed of about $6000 worth of things. The manager responded by changing the locks on my door only. The building is not very secure, nor is the 'secured' parking. The location is good, close to everything, but the place should have better security.
