I cannot explain how filthy this place is. As you can see in the pictures I've posted, that is only the beginning. The manager will not take care of anything. If you ask her, she will pretend to take care of it a.s.a.p. We'll my roommates restroom's ceiling has been leaking bucket sizes for more than 2 months. She keeps saying she checks it and it is solved... but the raining ceiling says otherwise. My closet ceiling is raining too. I had no idea that it was possible to rain 24/7 in California. Perhaps it only rains mildew mold in my apartment' When I told her this is not a livable condition, she tells me, "Put a bucket under it." This apartment complex has about 15 apartments and when I move out soon, it will be 50% vacant. All of this happening in a 2 month period. I'm assuming everyone is moving out because of a reason. It is not at the least maintained. The people that have already moved out most feel live they're in heaven. I feel like living here is my bad karma and let me tell you it's bad. Like if the filth wasn't enough, the noise here is off the roof. You cannot ever sleep. I feel like I'm paying rent and at the same time, I am homeless, finding people's houses to crash at. Do not even consider living here. It will serious be your worst decision of the year.

Parking- I have "2 spaces," but people always steal your spot/ The mgr doesn't seem to care.
Noise- Can never sleep
Grounds- They're trying to make it appear nicer to convince people that this place is supposedly a well maintained property
Safety- Not safe and inconvenient. PIcture this, I come home with groceries. You need a key for the entrance, the same key to get into the elevator, same key to go upstairs...makes no sense. If someone can get in through the lobby with one key, why have locks with the same key to access the others. They're stupid.
Construction-Things break so easily and are moldy. My cabinets have fallen, pipes are a filth, I should've looked closer before moving in. When I moved in, my bathtub was full of mold.
Maintenance-Horrible
Staff- Even worst
Overall- Worst place I've ever lived

3 of the reviews on this apt. are by the same resident. i have lived there for almost 3 years. Yea some things are falling apart. But my experience has been that they fix it right away. The girl who wrote those reviews lost her job and was complaining about everything to get out of the lease. Also her roof did leak in the bathroom but they were trying to fix it asap as they had to bust out a wall in the hallway to find the leaky pipe. oh and half the noise was coming from her apt. she had parties at least twice a month that would keep me up till 4 am. twice a month isn't as bad as her annoying dog that would bark ALL DAY!!!!
