You cant beat the deal From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/27/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2000   great views, HUGE terraces, and its pretty quiet. i lived there for 2 years, and loved it. overall is a great deal,. i had an 8th floor front apartment, so the view was great. management is okay at best, but tthe building is really funky, early 60's, old chic. the rent and free utilities, make this a great overall bargain. Tim the doorman is ---- though. kick him in the head.
