living here for two and a half years. There was a time when it seemed like all the elevators weren´t working but they are all fixed now. I lived on the 9th floor, and had a awesome view of the Hollywood sign, Griffith Observatory, Dodger Stadium and Capitol records. Problems could take a while to get fixed, but overall they were not too bad. You are right in the middle of Hollywood and you cant beat it. Free utilities and underground parking make it even better, but it really sucks if you have friends over, onstreet parking is incredibly hard to find at night. I would reccomend it. One of the the things I didn´t like was that I never really got too much of a chance to meet the neighbors.
