Very Nice. Built before they made long skinny apartments with a little view at the far end (like a tunnel), This building really has big views. Built also befor double glass so you hear everything, Orchestras at the American Cinematech, Events at the Kodak Theatre, Crazy people with megaphones preaching "the end is near" and Helicopters all the time, sirens, busses etc - But its the city so thats OK.
