Parking is the worst part of the place.. Only one spot for your car, so if you have a two bedroom you are in trouble. Also they give you a hard time if you use your spot for a fiend that might come over to visit. Lets say you park in the street and let your fiend use your spot ad it is so difficult to find parking after 5:00 pm. They say know one else can park in your spot. Hell it s my spot and I can park who ever I dam well please in that spot.
Also if you have a empty spot because you don t have a car, they try to take that spot away from you and give to someone else in the building. Even if it says on the lease that is your spot. Maybe you want to save it for when your friend come to visit you.. It s your spot and you can do what you want with it.. They just make you feel like you have to give up your spot if you don t have a car. That s why they say you can t let your friend s park in that spot.
The place is a bit noise at time on the street side.
Also we have guards around the clock.. This is great to have but some of them take there job to seriously and only make it hard for the tenants, so rather than being a good thing it turn into a night mare.. Remember the guards are there to serve the tenants. So guards, help make life more easier for us. Not a pain in the ass for us. Worst complaint is if a friend is coming to pick us up. They need to make a designated area that a guest can park for 10 minute to come up maybe to the apartment and then we both come down and leave.. Quit giving them a hard time..
