Hollywood Ardmore Apartment

Seeing changes From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/2/2007 Years at this apartment: 1996 - 2007   I've lived in the building for 11 years now and at first my thoughts of CIM Group buying the building was not good. However, there have been some major improvements and cant wait to see what else they will be doing to update this once chic complex. I went down to meet the new "Management Team" as they like to call it and was very happy that they are qualified to run such a big place. He seems to really care about the tenants and the quality of the building. With time, he will turn it around and make it what it once was.
