CIM GROUP has totally ruined this building. The management staff is horrible, and rude. Not sure if they come by it naturally or they have taken classes on rudeness. They are totally lacking in civility.
I have lived in this building since March 2000 and have seen horrible changes since CIM has taken over. The halls look dirty and unkempt.
There are mice in my apartment. In nine years I never saw mice or bugs. Lately there are mice in many apartments. If they had proper exterminators and maintenance we would not have this problem. I do not pay rent to remove dead mice on sticky traps from my pantry.
I had a problem with my toilet not flushing on a Saturday and when I called for help I was told I would have to wait until Monday, but I could come down to the lobby and use the public bathroom there!!!!! Please.
The ads for this place are a real joke.
This used to be a great place to live, where the staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. Sorry to say that time has gone with the wind since CIM GROUP moved in ......
