NOT THE GREATEST BUT NOT TOO BAD

THE SPACE IS SMALL FOR THE PRICE (SQUARE FOOTAGE 10 X 13) BUT MAINTENANCE WILL HANDLE ANY PROBLEM YOU MAY HAVE IMMEDIATELY. SORT OF NOISY BECAUSE OF YOUNG MUSICIANS. THE WALLS ARE SO THIN YOU CAN SMELL EVERYONES COOKING AND SMOKING. IN ADDITION TO THE NOISE YOU CAN HEAR DOGS BARKING AND PEOPLE HAVING SEX. DON'T THINK OF THIS APARTMENT AS A HOME BUT A PLACE TO SLEEP.
