eviction happy new owner From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/15/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   This review is actually dated 10/23/2006!!!!!! new owner seeks to evict longtime tenants for renovation and circumvention of rent control, flip the deal-type frivolous 3-day notice claims handed out with a trigger finger. new owner is accused/indicted for contractual fraud (public record) by major real estate entity, look it up LA Superior Court!!! stay away, caveat emptor upthewazoooooo!!!
