i didn't know when i wrote a review, i would get spam email of everyone elses comments. with theinternetgivesyouafatass as an email you can see i'm just not that into it. anyway after reading some of this b.s. you got a lot of idiots writing these posts. every building in hollywood has a bug or a mouse problem. when i lived there they exterminated regularly, i'm sure they still do. traffic problems, that yahoo must be from nebraska. a tranny freak, lot of those in hollywood. that's nothing new. and a manager without balls. or not tough enough. she threw me out on my ear for helping a friend get back on feet. by letting him stay at my pad while i stayed at my girls so he could save enough for 1st and last. which was agaist my lease agreement so she was right. and for the record i read a few bad comments on the manager and take it from me she's one of the better managers and i've been around town over 20 years. point you need to get is she's beautiful, so when people write bad about her they probally tried and failed to pick up on her so this sounds like them lashing back. so ignore that nonsense. i just drove by the bldg. a few weeks back and they painted the front, looks really nice now. so i'd reccomend living there. but hollywood is hollywood so don't expect nebraska.

What KRAP apartment complexes have YOU been staying at for 20 years??? I MOVED OUT of Hollywood Biltmore into a far better apartment complex. The manager at my new complex (TJ) is female, as well, and very beautiful and well-kempt. TJ has been QUICK & APOLOGETIC to resolve any issues that come up on the property! My new building management (TJ and her boss and maintenance) is FAR better than the Biltmore management. Biltmore manager beautiful? Are you DRUNK?? Or just another one of her good-for-nothing trashy boyfriends she's been exposing her kids to and has been trying to use for money (oh trust me, she will)? And as far as kicking out people. THE BILTMORE MANAGER HAS HAD NUMEROUS EVICTIONS SINCE SHE STARTED THERE! That does not say much for the type of recruiting and managing she does. She is classless and COMPLETELY unprofessional. I should give a huge bonus gift in addition to my rent next time to my new bldg mgr, TJ, just cause I am so impressed by her. I didn't even realize the comparisons and how much better TJ is than the Biltmore mgr, until now. At the NEW complex that I am staying at now, there are eccentric young adults who party and many, many more little kids who are all just as rowdy as some of the people at Biltmore, and there has NEVER BEEN AN EVICTION. There are also senior citizens and professionals living here. And my new apt complex is just as OPEN as the Biltmore with about the same number of floors. There are NO problems whatsoever at my new complex. Why is that? It's because my new bldg management has handled everything properly and WITH LITTLE WORK, may I add! My new bldg mgr's apt complex is far bigger than the Biltmore yet she has accomplished so much more! TJ does her job and knows how to do it without stepping on anyone. TJ has never gotten on a tenant's bad side. When something needs to get done, she does it appropriately! Not Biltmore though. After moving out of the Biltmore, I have seen the differences btw Biltmore & my new building management and it was WORTH THE MOVE!
If you want to move to an insane asylum or a SLEAZY MOTEL, believe me... Biltmore's the place!
