This little apt. building is what Hollywood dreams and unfortunatly, nightmares are made of. The building ifself is beautiful, but the apts. are tiny. The rent for a studio almost rose by 100% over the the last years I was there. From 550 to 1,000 for a tiny studio. The parking is HORRENDOUS. The Traffic, terrible. The air quality is testified on the black soot that settles on everything. Nice place to visit, but no place to call home. Id give it 5 stars for the building itself, zero stars for parking and traffic and the noise from the road a lot of suits too noisy to sleep with the windows open.. ticky because there is NO AIR conditioning.
