Horrible Place.
Lot's of brake ins to cars and apartments.
It is really unsafe.
Rude leasing office staff.
Manager was a horrible person, not helpful at all.
There are CALL GIRLS living in this complex working at night sleeping during the day, it is a real nightmare believe me.
I moved in with my husband as a new couple and there were two different apartments with full of working girls.
STAY AWAY FROM HOLLYWOOD PLACE!!!!!!!!!

Call Girls, huh? So ridiculously unfounded. This review ALMOST kept me away. Luckily, I followed my instincts and went for it and now LOVE IT! It would be a shame if good people like me didn't rent here because of reviews like this. If you're new to LA or like the location- go for it- you'll find this place to be a great home.
