maintenance is slow, but eventually gets done. The kids selling pot out front are pretty friendly and harmless. The neighbors are friendly, but the people who come pick them up to give them rides to work like to honk their horns. Can't hear people in adjoining apartments at all, but can hear neighbors outside. They have a Terrible parking problem even though they promise parking when you move in...Only to find out different. Roaches are just horrible. You can keep apartment spotless to no avail. Tenants are nice and you cannot hear your neighbors. But close to Bus and Subway transportation. Planning to move out as soon as lease is up. Nothing, Nothing like they promised when we moved in. Dont advise.
