The maintenance guys are great. If there's a problem management is always on top of fixing whatever problems come up. Most people pretty much keep to themselves and the kids out front selling weed are pretty harmless. Unfortunately the building just can't seem to shake the roach problem which is annoying as hell. But the worst problem of all is the smell inside the building. I literally hold my nose as I enter, and dart down the hall to my apartment. They've tried to mask the problem by using carpet freshener but in an hour or so the smell is right back. I don't like having friends over ever because of the horrible smell. One of the leading causes for the bad smell is that many of the tenants just don't care. On any given day trash is strewn throughout the building and left outside the trash chute. There are several irresponsible tenants who just don't care about where they live.
