Do Not Rent Here

The roof leaks, so everytime it rains the whole building is a mess. The moisture causes black mold to grow in the ceilings and walls. The landlords refuse to have a professional fix the roof or remove the mold. The building is also infested with mice and cockroaches. Plus the landlords have raised the rent on me almost two hundred dollars a month in two years, while they refuse to fix anything. The faucet in our bathroom leaks so hard you could fill up a glass with water in less than 30 seconds. And our air conditioner has never worked. But all they'll do is raise the rent.

I agree with this posting 100%. I woke up this morning ONCE AGAIN to it raining IN my bedroom. I have repeatedly asked them to fix it and have even called LA Housing Authority and still no results. They refuse to get a professional in there to fix it. They dumped tar on the roof and told me I could go up there and get a hose and see if it leaks. Last I checked, that is not my job and isn't a requirement with my rent that I also maintain the building. I would not rent here if I were you!!!
