Management is the worst I've ever seen. That Martin Lawrence guy that runs the place has an IQ of 1. The ENTIRE BUILDING is mice and cockroach infested, falling apart, they don't have a repair guy.

Dangerous, ghetto neighborhood, drug deals, shootings (inside the building), bad people, the security guardjust gets drunk in the back of the building. Elevators smell like piss.

DON'T LIVE HERE, IT"S A NIGHTMARE

I would just like to response to the comments regarding the neighborhood: Hey, this is not Watts or even South Central...this is HOLLYWOOD! Granted, Hollywood had faded from glory days and crime and drugs did present their fair share of issues around Yucca. However, within the last several years since the development of the Hollywood & Highland complex, Hollywood is becoming an increasingly upscale and pedestrian-friendly neighborhood. Reference the skyrocketing rent prices in the area over the past few years. It is also quite well-patrolled by the LAPD, including the mounted units. There is always something to do, and a great deal of entertainment is within easy walking distance of this area. Hollywood rocks!

Yeah, Hollywood is pretty safe. Does it rock? No. Hollywood is home to total losers for the most part. Total phonies and plastic personalities. Shootings in the building? That sounds crazy. I've never heard of anything like that, but yes, it's a terrible place. Hollywood Terrace Apartments is a joke.
