It's really quite sad here. The building is in terrible repair and the fit and finish of the rooms is quite bad. Neighbors are noisy at all hours of the day. The management is typically passive to downright unfriendly and is hardly helpful. Though office hours are 10:00am to 5:00pm, they're hardly available. They live in their place of employment and they still can't make it on time'! Additionally there is often the smell of old beer and urine in the halls, a generally disgusting "nasty dorm" like atmosphere and state or repair, cockroaches, other vermin, and free water. Yay!

Avoid this place unless you like paying $1700 for a decapitated dorm room.
