Turning into a slum....I'm now moving out!

I love this building and have live here over 3 years, however the upkeep of this historic building has declined. My request for broken items in my apt go unanswered, there is no parking, the buildings elevator stinks of urine. The management is letting this historic building turn into a slum. The people moving recently are questionable-lots of late night (3am) parties with scary people in the building. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
