This 30's building has undergone a great renovation.

The apartments have been upgraded in every sense of the word with new high-end kitchens and bathrooms. They still have the feel of those large 30 s floor plans with large closets, hallways and natural light. The building in is the last stages of the renovation with the Lobby looking very glamorous and reminiscent of its 30 s origins. The building is safe and social with the Valet parking cars and accepting deliveries - A very nice touch. The Management Office is professional and cares about your happiness in the building. Nothing is ever a problem with April. The property company is building another building next door, which will expand the present amenities with pools etc.

This is a great building and a real find if you want a classic Hollywood building in a great location.
