Since the new owners took over sometime around 2001 the Building has improved considerably. I've lived there for several ywears two different times and enjoyed myself each time ... under two different managements. As with most apartment complexes it has its share of noice but nothing out of the ordinary. Though the landlord owns quite a bit of property in LA including a major sports team, the management is fare and considerate.
