Staff - Different ethnic backgrounds causing communication problems when it comes to maintenance and solving problems.
Safety - Garge gate is often left open allowing for anyone to come in and out. Pool gate is easy to push open...there are children always running around.
Grounds - Pool reportedly heated, hasn't been since we moved in. Questionable as to whether chlorine is used.
Apartment - If something is broken or needs repair (water damage) they paint over it. So many layers none of the drawers or doors close properly. Problem since I have a toddler that is crawling now. There has been mold in our bathroom shelving since we moved in and no one has taken care of it.
Parking - One assigned spot for single rooms, tandem for 2 rooms. People are often letting visitors come in and park in the worst spots - right in front of "do not park" signs, tight turns (there is one way in and one way out).
Rent - Was 1000.00 when we moved in a little over a year ago. Has increased each month since we moved in for various reasons. When asked what the increase was for, the manager didn't know.
Manager - Lease says that office hours are 9-5 Monday through Friday, and 10-3 on Saturdays. Never in office druing those time. Often doesn't come in until 12:00 then is gone for an hour for lunch and leaves around 3:00. Makes paying rent (I won't slip check under the door - I don't trust the place) and picking up packages impossible (mailman delivers them to management office).
