First off, your water pressure will slowly but surely dwindle down to nothing, day by day. Hot water is on and off and every time someone in a neighboring apartment turns on a faucet, you lose hot/cold water in the shower! It's so aggrevating! This complex is a headache altogether. The maintenance staff does not speak english and they act like every legitimate you have is the most ridiculous thing to be complaining about. They constantly shut off hot/cold water between 9am and 5pm to "fix" the problem, but nothing ever changes. Save yourself a headache. Do not move here.
