Would not recommend to anyone unless change of management
Told by the manager that burglary happens in LA all the time and that I was unlucky that the apartment got broken into. Totally unsympathetic, would not terminate lease early after burglary. The manager does not have a copy of the apartment keys and advises tenant to leave upper lock unlocked for maintenance work. Did not have a copy of the key to let tenant in after tenant got locked out.
Water leaking through through the ceiling on rainy days. Told by manager it happens in many of the units. Took days to have the problem fixed.
