Building Manager is unresponsive and unreliable. Had mail stolen from our mailbox and manager was unsympathetic and did not take any action to avoid further theft. As a result, I have all my mail sent else where which is totally unacceptable.

Furthermore, location is horrible even though it might be near some nice Japanese restaurants. The street is always busy and it is nearly impossible to get anywhere during rush hour. Difficult to exit the parking structure because your view is often blocked by cars on the street.
