Horrible management. Does not return phone calls or any other type of communication. When you finally track him down, he makes excuses and is unsympathetic. Parking structure is crowded and you might end up with an "assigned" parking spot in the drive way. Very noisy because the 405 is your backyard and windows are very thin, but easy access to the 405, Olympic, Santa Monica Blvd. & the 10 also makes commutes easy. Found multiple instances of the front lobby door ajar although the area is generally a safe neighborhood. Nice shops around but the traffic was terrible--a pain to get out. Garbage chute has overflowed more than a few times and it stinks. Don't be fooled! The apartment might look okay and the management seems nice at first glance, but its all down hill once you sign the lease.
